Gil Osterloh, President and CEO

Mr. Osterloh has over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry and specializes in representing regulated industry licensees before their licensing agencies as either an expert witness, governmental liaison, or Qualified Representative. His areas of expertise include alcoholic beverage, food service, and lodging law & licensing, administrative case representation, lobbying, liquor license brokering, and educational seminars. Mr. Osterloh is also the author of several certified state training programs in use by leading national restaurant chains and world famous nighclubs.

Alyssa Hoffman-Osterloh, CLO of Licensing Division & Food Safety Division Director

Mrs. Osterloh joined Beverage Law Professionals in 2016 as our Chief Licensing Officer and oversees our license brokering and application department. She is highly skilled in the acquistion of all types of alcoholic beverage, food service, and lodging licenses throughout the Southeast United States as well as the application process for local business permits and sales tax registration.
